I find signal in noise. My career started in software and data engineering — building ETL pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and cyber assessment tooling for Intelligence Community programs — and now applies that technical foundation to intelligence and SIGINT analysis. I work where engineering rigor meets tradecraft.
About
I'm an intelligence/SIGINT analyst with an unusual origin story: I spent years as a data engineer and cloud developer on U.S. Government and Intelligence Community programs at ManTech and GDIT — building ETL pipelines for live mission data feeds, maintaining AWS infrastructure, and developing cyber assessment tooling.
That background changes how I approach analysis. Where most analysts see a spreadsheet, I see a queryable dataset waiting for a pipeline. I automate the tedious parts of tradecraft so the human effort goes where it matters — judgment, pattern recognition, and analytic conclusions.
What I do
Intelligence & SIGINT Analysis
SIGINT analysis, pattern-of-life development, network analysis, and producing decision-ready intelligence products under time pressure.
Data Engineering
Pipelines that don't fall over: async Python ETL from Kafka topics into Oracle, Postgres, and Neo4j — including migrating legacy stacks to Python + Kubernetes architectures.
Cloud & Cyber Tooling
AWS infrastructure, containerized deployments, CI/CD, and automation — plus cyber assessment tooling like custom Velociraptor artifacts for compliance determination.
